- Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access. You agree to notify Klynko immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Role-Based Access: Accounts may be designated for specific roles (e.g., Client or Technician). You agree not to misrepresent your identity or professional certifications.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
- Circumvent or manipulate the Platform’s fee structure, billing processes, or user routing.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, servers, or connected networks.
4. Service Transactions and Independent Contractors
- Klynko acts strictly as a technology platform connecting users with independent service providers (Technicians).
- Klynko does not directly employ Technicians, nor does it guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered by third-party providers.
- Financial transactions processed through the Platform are subject to standard payment gateway terms (e.g., Stripe).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klynko and its operators, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or services contracted through it.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
